These negotiation
skills training courses are for groups of between 4 and 12 delegates and are
presented at your premises. They provide two things: (1) an understanding of the negotiation process and (2) the negotiation skills or negotiation techniques needed to use the negotiation process well. Both are needed by anyone holding a position of responsibility, not just buyers and sellers. The essential differences between the courses is the width and depth of treatment and practice. Negotiation Skills Course - 2 daysOur standard negotiating skills training course. Fully describes the negotiation process. About 40% of the time is spent practicing the negotiation process and analysing negotiation skills and negotiation techniques. Normal maximum, 8 delegates. Negotiation Skills Course - 1 dayA shorter one-day negotiation skills course for those who need an introduction to negotiating or whose main role in the negotiation process is to support others. The negotiation process and the main negotiating skills and negotiation techniques are covered. Includes practice session. Normal maximum, 8 delegates.
